Outside Sample Collection

In case a home visit is not available, a patient in need can be brought to the laboratory in his/her vehicle. The laboratory will arrange to collect the blood sample of the patient from the vehicle waiting outside the laboratory. However, this kind of request will only be entertained if found to be genuine by the laboratory.

24 Hours Emergency

The laboratory provides 24 hours emergency service to patients. However, samples will be collected only if accompanied by an urgent request by the doctor. An emergency charge of 20% will be applicable after 10.00 pm till 7.00 am.
